NOTICE:  Videoconferencing has changed its platform to use an internet based format called Blue Jeans. This method of joining the …Linking UP… sessions is quite user friendly, and allows anyone with internet access either via Wi-Fi, direct connection or Data on your device to access the sessions from anywhere (personal device, laptop, computer, or room based systems).

Click here (VC Handouts) to be re-directed to the VC Handouts page or just click on the VC Handouts button on the HOME page of this website.

We do not have any other videoconference scheduled for this year. Unfortunately, due to re-structuring, the Linking UP group is undergoing some changes and will be meeting to re-organize….Stay Tuned.

…Linking UP… April 1st, 2016 videoconference session on Bullying had a very successful turnout.  Although there were some technical issues, presenters Scot Cooper, Ed Sanchuk and Self Advocate Crystal Silverthorne were able to deliver an excellent presentation on Bullying.  Crystal spoke first sharing her story and her experiences of being bullied in school and had a final word of “you are important no matter what people say”. Then Scot Cooper, a Registered Psychotherapist and Ed Sanchuk, an OPP Constable spoke on this topic and answered questions from participants across the province. Here are a few pictures showing the presenters and some of the participants using the videoconferencing equipment:
